Missouri Fun

I am a bad, bad, blogger...  I promise I will be caught up one of these days.

We spent some time in Missouri visiting Tim's family and our friends Aaron, Julie, and Wesley AKA Baby Brubby.

The kids' fave spot at Aunt Rachel's?  The dog bed.

Isaiah and Mallory were thrilled to ride on a train while we were in Missouri!  It was hotter than hot, and I didn't care for the acted out robbery, but we still had a good time.

Daily chore with Uncle Terry - feed the fish! Put your fishing pole away, Tim.  These fish aren't for catching!

Vacation has been fun, but we're pooped.

Let's go home, pack up our house, and find somewhere new to live!  It was quite a challenge selling our home while we were on vacation.  We were able to continue having a good time, but we were quite anxious to get back to Appleton and start looking for a new house!  We'd waited sooooo looooong for this!

First Leg 'O the Trip

This summer, we had our annual summer adventure/vacation/road trip/southern exposure.  I think it was our longest trip, to date.  We were gone from July 1st-16th.  

We saw so many neat things, and enjoyed time with both of our families and time with just the four of us.

And so I will relive our adventure starting with this post, and continuing with future posts of all of the fun things that I remembered to document with my camera.

Our first stop, was a one-nighter in Jackson, MO, so we could have our picture taken to be photo-shopped into the Seabaugh Family picture.  Say cheese then load 'em up, and on to Atlanta!

Little Miss Turns 3

Say hello to Grandma in the background. Tim's parents were on their way home from Minnesota, so they came over for Mallory's birthday!

Since Mallory is a fan of the Green Bean Packers (as she calls them), we took her to Rainbow Field (as she calls it) for dinner at Curly's Pub.

Ken, Jenny, Kamryn, and Brinley came with us to supper. We have a fun tradition that has just sort of happened of going to dinner together on our kids' birthdays. :)

Fall 2011

I'm so far behind in my blog that I'm going to do a quick, seasonal post.

My parents came to visit at the end of October! It was great to spend some time together!

Tim and I took the kids to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. This museum is by far the coolest museum I've been to yet. Love it.

We were really lucky because the Friday that we went there was hardly anyone there! For the first time, the kids were able to do any of the hands-on exhibits that they wanted to! :)

Meet Kevin. He was living in the museum for a month. I'll bet it was an interesting experience for him!

Mallory is really growing up fast on us. She developing some hobbies and interests - cooking with Mommy, art projects, and taking pictures.

Professional Taste Tester

Mallory was super-duper proud to help make the pumpkin pies for Grandma and Grandpa Seabaugh for Thanksgiving dinner. They were able to come up for their annual Thanksgiving visit!

Grandma and Isaiah worked hard on "homework" while Mommy was cooking. :)

We made a quick visit to Minnesota to see Tim's grandparents. We also caught up with a couple of his aunts, uncles, cousins for a bit. It's nice to be close to MN family, but we still don't get to see them as often as we would like. It's important to take those opportunities when we can.

Don't mind Mallory. She's almost three years old.
