The name for this sandwich was made by combining my name with the word egg. I created the sandwich, and the egg is the best part!
Ingredients:
2 pieces bread
butter
strawberry jam
1 egg, scrambled
1 slice cheese
Directions:
Toast the 2 pieces of bread while scrambling the egg. Spread the butter and strawberry jam on each slice of bread. Place the scrambled egg on one piece of bread; top with slice of cheese. Make a sandwich by putting the other piece of butter and jam toast on top of the egg and cheese. Yummy!
Yields: 1 sandwich

Sounds fabulous! I love putting egg on my toast!
No I had a Jimmy Deans Black Forest Ham sandwich for breakfast. Sorry, but the "Beggy" sounds discusting. I like putting egg on my bread as well, but not with anything funky. I will have to bite the bullet and try it though. Hey, could you send me the recipe for your breakfast pizza? That looked amazing two weeks ago. See you tomorrow at Regal.
