It's Been...

...one month since my Pretty Princess was born!

Growing too fast...
It's also been one year today since I started blogging! I enjoy blogging as much as I do scrapbooking. In fact, it's almost like a digital scrapbook! It will certainly come in handy when I need to go back to check dates on things.
Tim went to a UW-Green Bay basketball game last night with a group from church. My friends Jen and Jodie came over to keep me and the kids company. Kamryn and Isaiah had fun together, and we enjoyed take out from Red Robin. I made Indulgent Brownie Torte - oh my goodness! I had Jen take picture of it for me before we cut into it. YUM!!! It was great with a tall glass of milk.
Isaiah just went down for his nap. I was a little sad putting him to sleep because Tim and I will be out when he wakes up. We have a sitter coming so that we can go to dinner and the theater. Tim got me tickets to see Wicked at the Fox Cities PAC (Performing Arts Center) for Christmas. I'm very excited to go, but I'm having trouble with the thought of leaving my kids for the evening. I can tell that I've gotten used to being home. I know that I deserve a break. I know that I deserve a night out. But that doesn't mean I'm not going to miss my babies!!!

It's never easy leaving our babies, but know that they are in good hands, and you will appreciate them even more after a night out with your husband. It is hard to remember that you have to still grow in your marriage. I have a hard time with that as well. Kamryn is my everything and I forget that Ken is still my husband and we still need each other! Have a great time tonight!

Also, the delicious brownie thingy looks a little bit like a turd!! I know it's gross, but it's the truth! It was still delicious!!!!

Are you sure that is a torte?

Mallory does indeed look like a princess!!! She's such a cutie. Hope you enjoyed your date night and didn't worry about the kids too much.

That brownie thing does look like a turd. But it was delicious to eat. I had a blast also Becky. Thank you for helping me with pages, and just for the talks. I also liked holding your pretty princess, and watching your home video. I had fun. We have to do that again.
