Turkey Dinner

I love to cook. I especially enjoy when I have an opportunity to plan and prepare a big meal. This year, I prepared my second Thanksgiving Dinner. Tim's parents were up visiting, as you probably gathered from my previous Blog post about Black Friday. We had a very nice visit with much to be thankful for this year.

The Menu
Turkey
Baked Ham
Mashed Potatoes with Gravy
Grandma Feranec's Dressing
Sauteed Green Beans
Beer Bread
Pumpkin Pie
Sugar Free Pumpkin Pudding
Here's the Jennie-O Turkey - $0.48 per pound! We paid under $6.00 for this bird. What a deal!

Dinner's ready! We even got out the wedding china for dinner and dessert.

OK, Mom - the crock pot dressing really WAS just as good as baking it in the oven!
Gobble, gobble everyone. I hope that you were able to give thanks for your many blessings with your loved ones. If you weren't actually with all of your family and friends, I'm sure they were in your hearts, as mine were.

Your Thanksgiving dinner looks very very good! And I love the color of your walls with the curtains and your table upstairs! Glad you liked the dressing! Frees up some oven space and time as well.

ps...I almost picked your Christmas layout that you have! Great minds!!!
